Wow... You got some talent my man. The chime is not overly used, and it fits into beat. There is a lot of mix up, that doesn't stray off the main beat it seems. Its all unique, with a great bass line. I could manipulate this beat how ever I want in a rhyme. I may give my hand at it, and if you dont mind me doing so, I'll post it up with a mention!

I like it a lot. Great tempo, can switch from double pace to single, or even half. The ending is tastefully done, great for adding that last little bit of a verse to tie together an entire story or so. Thanks for the time you spent on this!

So I started out listening like, meh, this isn't my cup of tea. But The plucked at chords of a piano and what ever else string instrument that was playing almost like pulled me in. It was very vibe like. The fact that it has a main beat, and a off beat thats constantly changing yet the same, is very engaging to listen to. I can't see listening to an album full of it, but this is a great one off piece to pull senses from anything previously listened to. Very nice!
